It is fair to be sceptical of software that promises to save you money. So rather than make grand claims, let us look at the simple arithmetic of where a school's office time actually goes — and what a modest monthly fee really buys.
Counting the hidden hours
Think about the recurring office work: writing fee challans, tallying payments, taking and summarising attendance, calculating results, and preparing report cards. In a manual office, these can easily consume many staff-hours every month — work that is repetitive and easy to get wrong.
Now value those hours at whatever you pay your office staff. The figure is usually far larger than people expect, because the work is spread thinly across the whole month and never shows up as a single line in the budget.
What the monthly fee replaces
For a budget-friendly fee — starting from around PKR 1,500 per month — software takes over the repetitive parts of that work. The staff time it frees up is the real return: hours your team can spend on teaching, parents, and the things software cannot do.
Note what is not in this calculation: we are not counting messaging costs, because WhatsApp alerts are free, and there is no per-card or per-challan charge to worry about.
How to check it for your own school
The honest test is to run a free trial on your real data for a couple of weeks and notice where time is saved. If the hours returned are worth more than the monthly fee — and for most schools they comfortably are — the decision makes itself.
