1. A whole school, madrasa or academy
- From the owner's registered email, write to support@pakschooling.comwith the institution's name and "delete account".
- We confirm it and close the account at once — nobody can log in after that.
- For 30 days the data can be restored (in case of a mistake); after 30 days we delete all of the institution's data permanently.
2. A teacher, staff or parent login
- Your school creates these logins, so your school removes them: ask the school and it will close or delete the login from the staff or student page.
- If the school does not respond, write to support@pakschooling.com with your name, phone and the school's name.
3. What is deleted, what is kept
- Deleted: students, staff, parents, attendance, results, fee records, photos and files — all of it.
- Kept: nothing, except what the law requires us to keep.
